Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Close the box or reseal the bag after each use.
• Shelf life: 2 years from the production date (see box).

Dried-on food is mostly protein and starch. Enzymes break those down into small pieces the water can carry away, and sodium citrate softens hard water so the whole formula works at full strength.
