You must cancel your subscription yourself; we aren't able to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Subscription discounts apply only while your subscription is active.

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
